larslevie opened a new pull request #4343: [docs] Mention GCS when going over Tiered Storage in docs
URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/4343

   ### Motivation

Minor change to ensure docs are consistent. Google Cloud Storage (GCS) is supported as a tiered storage provider, but wasn't mention in the main Tiered Storage doc.

   ### Modifications

Mentioned Google Cloud Storage, alongside S3, as a supported storage provider, and changed subsequent mentions of "S3" to "long term storage."

   ### Verifying this change

   - This change is a trivial documentation change without any test coverage.

   ### Documentation

     - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? No
     - If yes, how is the feature documented? not applicable
     - If a feature is not applicable for documentation, explain why? It is an addition to the docs themselves.
