XML-RPC handler

Hello!

I've written a XML-RPC handler for Mod_Python/Apache. It's simple. But it
works for me. I have used the following platform:

 - Debian:     3.0 (Woody).
 - Python:     2.2.1
 - Apache:     2.0.44
 - Mod_Python: 3.0.1

The script has extensive documentation in it. Script documentation shows
how you can install it and how you can use it.

Comments? Suggestions?
