[jira] [Created] (UIMA-2504) TextMarker: reindexing of subatomic annotations fails

Peter Klügl created UIMA-2504:
---------------------------------

Summary: TextMarker: reindexing of subatomic annotations fails
                 Key: UIMA-2504
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-2504
             Project: UIMA
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: TextMarker
            Reporter: Peter Klügl
            Assignee: Peter Klügl

If an external analysis engine is called within a TextMarker script and this analysis engine adds new annotations that are smaller than the current inference annotations, then the splitting and reindexing of the anchors fails.
