xmlbeans 1.03 release

There are two key features that did not get into the xmlbeans 1.02
release that seem compelling enough to get an xmlbeans 1.03 release out
there as soon as possible. The two features are the ability to extend
an xmlbeans generated class
(http://wiki.apache.org/xmlbeans/ExtensionInterfacesFeature) and the
ability to set pre- and post- methods for xmlbeans setters
(http://wiki.apache.org/xmlbeans/PrePostSetFeature).

>From my perspective these are important enough to warrant doing the work
to get a 1.03 release posted.

Comments? If everyone is ok with this are there volunteers to do the
work to pull it together? Cezar and Kevin Krouse you guys did most of
the work on this last time (with Cliff), would you guys be up for
preparing a 1.03 candidate?
