[PATCH] Replace the scriptlet with the JSTL's Core tag in standard-examples

Hi,  "Standard Taglib" committers.

I will send the patch of i18n-capable formatting tags examples.
Although it is seldom important,
I think that the scriptlet , if possible, should be replaced with the JSTL's Core tag
because of JSTL's examples.
