   The following sentence is the exact words of the iceberg document
   
   Iceberg requires the data to be sorted according to the partition spec per task (Spark partition) in prior to write against partitioned table
   
   I think this is the reason why writing slant partitions is slow
   Partitioned data needs to be sorted and written，So parallelism doesn't work
