[jira] [Created] (UIMA-4668) UV3 Feature Value support for arbitrary Java Object

Marshall Schor created UIMA-4668:
------------------------------------

Summary: UV3 Feature Value support for arbitrary Java Object
                 Key: UIMA-4668
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-4668
             Project: UIMA
          Issue Type: Story
            Reporter: Marshall Schor

Support a UIMA primitive value for a Feature which is a Java Object. This means a feature could be a Java HashMap or Array List, etc.

Extend ser/deserialization to support this.

Filter out these for non-Java environments, until those get support.

Subset this goal if needed to be practical. Would be good to at least support the more popular Java maps and lists.
