beyond svn (+trac). OT?

hi, this message may be a bit off-topic, and in that case i'd
appreciate if somebody can point me to the proper web page or mailing
list.

i am trying to collect information about project management tools that
are 1 or 2 layers above a combination of version control (like svn)
and project management (like trac). i don't know what is the term(s)
to define them, but i guess it is not ERP, which is a bit too heavy, i
guess. i am a bit confused actually.

i am talking about tools like thoughtworks's mingle, collabnet,
assembla.com, .... these tools features may not be the same, some are
more focused on continuous integration, others on project management.
