messages_no.properties ; i.e. jmeter in Norwegian

Hello

I've taken the messages.properties, and translated it into norwegian (I've made by best shot at it).

Attached is the messages_no.properties file

I hope this will be of use for jmeter.

There are still areas in jmeter which doesn't use the strings from messages*.properties,
but I assume you are aware of that.
For example, the getClassLabel() for config elements and controllers.
