SkyWalking 8.5.0 has 2 weeks before we call for release

Hi dev team

It has 1.5 months since the 8.4.0 release, we have 97 commits, especially
Jiapeng's index merging[1] finished.
I plan to call for the release process 2 weeks later. I can see there are
some tasks tagged 8.5.0 here[2]. Nothing blocks the release, if you want
them included in the release, please submit in time.

If any of you think we have high-priority tasks to wait for, please let me
know.
