Summary: AWS Regions - Events - There are no events being generated when a new user is added/edited/enabled/deleted/password changes/api&secret keys are generated.
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-1665
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-1665
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
          Components: Management Server
    Affects Versions: 4.1.0
            Reporter: Sangeetha Hariharan
            Assignee: Kishan Kavala
             Fix For: 4.1.0

AWS Regions - Events - There are no events being generated when a new user is added/edited/enabled/deleted/password changes/api&secret keys are generated.

Add a new user.

Edit details an existing user.

Enable a user that is currently disabled.

Change password for a user.

generate keys for the user.

There are no events being generated for these actions.

I see no entries in the event table.

Only disabling an existing user , results in an event and I see the following entry in the event DB.

| 62 | 216a4937-1f4e-4d86-834e-ed029ea1eabe | USER.DISABLE | Scheduled | disabling user: 16 | 2 | 3 | 2 | 2013-03-13 17:40:07 | INFO | 0 | NULL |

Since there are no events generated , we are also not able to publish these events to the RabbitMQ server.
