I got successed !! 

As Prabhakar said in the previous message, 
I explicitly specified the port number.

My code works fine with JRun3.0 on Apache.

I tried like this URL("http://localhost:80/xml-soap/servlet/rpcrouter");
it used to be URL("http://localhost/xml-soap/servlet/rpcrouter");
