Steps:

1. Install the management server.
2. Select the zone type as Basic and go to Network.The Select view list box will be empty as expected as there is no basic zone configured.
3. Select the Zone type as advanced and go to Network.The select view drop down is listing the options even though there is no advanced zone configured.
The same is the case when we select zone type as "all"
