Synapse 1.2 QA build 2

Folks,

As planned earlier, we have uploaded the 1.2-QA-B2 (second QA build of the 1.2 release) to [1],[2] and [3]

Please help us test this release and raise JIRA's for any issues you encounter. We have now stopped all code changes and the code is considered frozen. We will only fix documentation, and any critical defects we uncover in this QA build 2 from now on, as we wait for the Rampart and WSS4J releases to become final.
