Current State of Apache James?

Hi everyone I have been using James for nearly a year now as part of a SPAM
project since it is the only architecture we could find with a nice plugin
API for altering email as it goes through the pipeline. I have been
hesitant to use James for anything more than a relay because its support and
administration abilities for dealing with virtual domains and users seemed
very archaic and un-intuitive. I was wondering if any tools or gui's have
been developed to administer things like this? IMO this seems like a big
barrier to entry for using James. There are some absolutely wonderful
administration guis out there for Postfix (http://high5.net/postfixadmin/)
which is our current email server of choice. I would be very interested in
switching account and stuff over to James if something like this is
available.

Also I was wondering if there is some changelog or something that summarizes
what features are coming in 2.30? The frontpage to James shows no release
since 2.2.0 which was 2 years ago.

Thanks,
David
