new committer: John Kinsella

The Podling Project Management Committee (PPMC) for Apache CloudStack
has asked John Kinsella to become a committer and we are pleased to
announce that they have accepted.

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the project since
there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should
enable better productivity.

Wanted to send out a quick intro for those who don't know me, was slammed earlier in the week...

I'm based in San Francisco, and have about 15 years of solid experience with Internet infrastructure and information security, holding positions from senior engineer to CTO at various places. I've spent the last few years consulting with major corporations around information security, usually focusing on application security or cloud security. I'm a co-founder and board member of the Silicon Valley chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance.

My interest in CloudStack is focused around a startup I'm the founder of - Stratosec.
