Apache NetBeans has a limited support for C++. You can download it from [http://netbeans.apache.org/download/]

You can try to download a previous version of NetBeans from Oracle here [https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/es/java/javase/downloads/jdk-netbeans-jsp-3413139-esa.html]
