GitHub write access

Hi,

Is every committer aware that we can push PRs from GitHub UI?

To get a write access from GH you can follow https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/

It's also explained with more  details at

or
https://ofbiz.apache.org/developers/setup-committer-rights/

BTW maybe we could put the official link at https://ofbiz.apache.org/developers/setup-committer-rights/ or somehow duplicate what Apache ServiceComb 
offers?
