   DistSQL is all in one module for now with all pluggable rules.
   We need to redesign and split them into related modules they belong to. 
   
   Proposal of rule based Dist SQL:
   
   - [ ] Use SPI to introduce rule based Dist SQL parser
   - [ ] Split ANTLR g4 files into released modules
   - [ ] Split ANTLR visitors into released modules
   - [ ] Refactor and reuse SQL parser and Dist SQL parser engine
