Created an HBase Slider app and due to some other issue, the app creation failed.
Tried to delete this app from UI by selecting Actions - Advanced - Destroy.
Still the app is available on UI. 
The issue is that the Slider App ends up in FAILED state. In that state, Slider Apps always lists the app.
