[OT][ANN] tuc 1.0a1 - URLConnection unit testing framework built
for VELTOOLS

All,
In writing unit tests for velocity tools, I needed a component to help
mock-up URLConnection objects, so I built this tool.
The project can be found here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tuc
I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions for improvements, etc.
