[jira] [Commented] (AURORA-583) test failures due to apparent pants issue

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AURORA-583?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14062427#comment-14062427 ]

Mark Chu-Carroll commented on AURORA-583:
-----------------------------------------

When I tried to reproduce this, my first attempt was a successful compilation, no errors.

Then git clean, and the error showed up on the first build. Trying again, it worked the second time. Made a change, built, and it failed 3 times and then succeeded.

So from here, it looks like that same damned nondeterministic failure that we've been seeing. (If it was consistently failing, it would be easier to track down and fix!)
