our normal server load is 8 hits / sec, and in pick time rise to 20 hits / sec.
Apache runs well in all times, but sometime it just enter a lagg, serving about 1 hits
or 3 hits per sec, after I restart it, everything seens ok. sometime, it bck to normal
performance w/o restart it.

just go to http://easy.to/REMEMBER/ and wait the pick time (about 18:00 GMT)
our server is going down often.
