Maven support (Re: svn commit: r1229337 - /openejb/trunk/maven-plugins/)

Jon created some Maven Archetypes a while back.  We should move those in there too.

Not sure how fresh that code is, but we should probably update them, document them and release them.

As well, if we end up with our own copy of the t7mp (https://github.com/t7mp/t7mp/issues/52#issuecomment-3419581) we could maybe wire in the OpenJPA enhancer plugin.  Kill two birds with one plugin.
