Does WEBDAV has ACL support

Hello,

I have been studying the feasibility of the ACL model for Subversion. In my
investigation I have found a document on implementing WebDAV ACL for
subversion. The WebDAV ACL can be found at:

http://www.webdav.org/acl/protocol/draft-ietf-webdav-acl-09.htm

But I found that WEBDAV is yet to identify how Subversion is planning to
implement the ACL functionality. I heard that Webdav is supposed have ACL by
Q4 of 2002. Does any one have any more information whether WebDAV has ACL
support? Please inform me of any such development.
