How to use asynchronous invocation model with dynamic client

Document http://cwiki.apache.org/CXF20DOC/developing-a-consumer.html includes
a description of using the CXF Asynchronous Invocation Model with a
wsdl2java code-generated client. Is there a way to developer a dynamic
client using the Asynchronous Invocation Model? If so, should I create a
JIRA to request that an example be created for this scenario?
