[Bug 88699] Ellipsis input via hotkeys / shortcut (Alt + Ctrl + .)

I was able to re-create this issue.

Steps taken to test this issue:
1. Open Writer.
2. Type any sentences & end with 3 full stops. No auto-correction with 3 full
stops provided.
3. In order to have an ellipsis, one have to goes through a few more steps
Insert -> Special Character, then choose an ellipsis from the menu.


I think it is more convenient if 3x periods will convert to ellipsis with auto
correction. This enhancement will greatly reduce the user's navigation around
Writer to add an ellipsis.
