[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking 8.6.0 released

Hi all,

Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache
SkyWalking 8.6.0.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and
container-based (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and
improvements compared to
version 8.5.0. The notable changes since 8.6.0 include:

1. Add OpenSearch as storage option.
2. Support TCP topology in service mesh (Istio + Envoy) observability
3. Support collecting logs through Fluentd and Filebeat
4. Several important CVE fixes
5. UI supports topology level templates
