OM theme

I upgraded our insurance to the new 6.1.0 release but I am unable to find
the new om theme configuration option in admin. Is this a known issue?

It seems you did upgrade without import/export
so you need to create config value in Admin -> Config

possible values are here
https://openmeetings.apache.org/GeneralConfiguration.html
`ui.theme`
