XML output for proplist

I send this mail assuming that the more users ask for a feature, the
more it will be taken in account.
 
I work within a government agency that make heavy use of Oracle and
PL/SQL procedures.  We found a way to invoke svn commands from within
Oracle to get subversion repositories informations.  The easiest way to
process the informations returned from svn commands is through XML.
 
We already use svn list with the XML switch.  We would like to do the
same with svn proplist.  I know there is a will to add the XML feature
to several svn commands.  Is svn proplist in the shortlist of the soon
to be delivered ?
