I've noted this restriction on the dev guidelines page at http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TUSCANY/SCA+Java+Development+Guide so lets try to remember to update that once this jira is fixed

I was able to fix for DAS and SDO. SCA build is very large and takes a
while, so it's still in progress...

I think Luciano has fixed similar issues under r579414 and r579426. Luciano,
does that apply to SCA as well?
