As a user I want to use S3 browser so that i can manage your buckets and objects via DLab UI.
*Acceptance criteria:*
*1.* user has access only to shared and own personal buckets (by default)
*2.* other user does not have acces to other personal buckets (by default)
*3.* administrator has access to shared, ssn and users personal buckets
*4.* user can browse, create, delete Amazon S3 buckets
*5.* user can upload and download files to and from Amazon S3
*6.* user can create public URLs to share the files
*7.* user can set Access Control on buckets and files only for his personal bucket
