   Observed in traffic_ops-3.0.0-9322.d32addf9.el7
   
   Documentation for `/api/1.2/servers` (and related APIs) shows:
   ```
   iloPassword | string | The password of the of the lights-out-management user (displays as ** unless you are an ‘admin’ user).
   ```
   However, I've tried using an account with various privilege levels, including "read-only", and they always return the unmasked string.
