Can someone please...

...kick off httpd-test for me against HEAD?  I'll be up for another
hour, I'd like to see what the effects of the recent changes are 
for request.c.  Needs optimization, but is more correct than it was.

I'll fix or revert based on the output, but the win32 port just isn't
working well yet with httpd-test (builds great though :)

i had only updated request.c prior to my previous report, just did a full
update: All tests successful.
