As a follow-up to [https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/48922,] this story tracks tasks related to adding sample projects that display the functionality of using Spark Server Libraries.

These projects will focus on being simple and minimalistic to help users bootstrap their own projects.

This would include both build systems currently supported by Spark - Maven and SBT as well as examples with clients of Python and Scala.
