creating an instance of schema dynamically

Hello,

I have this question of how to create an instance of schema dynamically. For
example, given a schema, XPath expressions and values that I want to set to
matched nodes, how do I create an instance of DOM, and such an instance of
schema.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
