[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-16132) Additional information to be added to the Contributing to Cassandra section on Cassandra web site

Ekaterina Dimitrova created CASSANDRA-16132:
-----------------------------------------------

Summary: Additional information to be added to the Contributing to Cassandra section on Cassandra web site
                 Key: CASSANDRA-16132
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-16132
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Documentation/Website
            Reporter: Ekaterina Dimitrova

It would be nice to inform people about the CLA (some contributors never contributed to OSS before).

Also there is no mention about the CEPs. I think it would be good to add a link to the wiki.
