[I] Feature request: support nonfinite numbers in JSON reader [arrow-rs]

dentiny opened a new issue, #11724:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/11724

   ### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?

Hi team, some JSON/JSONL datasets contain bare NaN, Infinity, and -Infinity values. Arrow’s floating-point types can represent them, but the JSON reader rejects these literals before column decoding, even when a floating-point schema is supplied.

   ### Describe the solution you'd like

An opt-in reader option would improve interoperability with existing datasets and avoid requiring users to preprocess entire files or maintain a separate parser. It should preserve nonfinite values, which are semantically distinct from null, support streaming input and nested fields, and leave quoted strings unchanged. Strict JSON parsing should remain the default.

   ### Describe alternatives you've considered

   ### Additional context
