The current [Kafka connector changelog section of the documentation|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.12/dev/table/connectors/kafka.html#changelog-source] mentions Debezium and Canal CDC tools but not the recently added Maxwell format.

This PR linked to this ticket edits the text to add it.
