Is there a way to customize lenya content management

Hi there,

We are using lenya content management for our Middleware group. We would
like to have some control on who can access what pages. We have already
written
LDAP to grant access based on user's ID that logged on to Windows. I
have some hard time to figure out how to incorporate our LDAP component
to lenya content management.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, such as any API that we can
utilize to accomplish our task.

Should work in both versions 1.2 and 1.4. BTW which version are you
using Siwei?

Please see for 1.4: http://lenya.apache.org/docs/modules/ldap/index.html
and for 1.2:
http://lenya.apache.org/docs/1_2_x/how-to/ldap_authentication.html

LDAP authentication should work in Lenya for the authoring component.
You would have to assign individual permissions from inside of Lenya.
I'm not sure about the live side of things.
