NeXT fix

still trying to send these directly to Jim without success :-(

In buff.c is an #include <unistd.h>, but NeXTSTEP 2.0 has no such header.  Commenting out the #include allows compilation to continue, and seems to give a working httpd.  An #ifdef NEXT around it is probably in order.
