Question, anyone know how apache treats this?
CustomLog "|someapp" combined

is it a standard output pipe?
> cat /some/file | someapp

I have a custom app that I am trying to use, but it's not quite working with
apache, but it does work when I cat the logfile and pipe it to the program.
