Graduation tasks

Ok, now that we have graduated, we need to actually move everything.
Here is a list of what needs to happen:

Avery as the first Giraph VP has to get himself added as officer of
Apache and then make sure that all of the documents are updated.

I'll file the necessary infra jiras.
