[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-5680) Migrate apache hbase website

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5680?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13535535#comment-13535535 ]

stack commented on INFRA-5680:
------------------------------

I made the changes described here http://www.apache.org/dev/cmsadoption#maven if that helps. Not sure how our site would be picked up and published going the maven route but if it meant we did not have to check in our site, that'd be preferred. Thanks.

> Going by your 'what we need to know', to go to svnpubsub, our SVN URL would be http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hbase/trunk/hbase.apache.org/
> HBase uses maven to generate its site so I suppose we could do http://www.apache.org/dev/cmsadoption#maven I could just make the changes now? Only issue I see is that we generate our documentation with docbook. Is this where we'd use svnpubsub? I could change stuff so we generate into the site dir.
> Thanks for the help.
