   @navid1981 It's normal behavior in Pulsar, Pulsar does not support an "active-standby" consumer across clusters. if you want the consumer can only consume data from one cluster at the same time, you can only start consumers in one cluster, after one cluster not able to provide service, you can switch the consumer to consume data from another cluster(need to enable replicated subscription state, otherwise the consumption state will not sync to another cluster, you might lost data or get many duplicated data from another cluster ).
