Updated summary.

Does somebody know, what is the sense in registering each request with JMX? HTTP
connector does not do it, so I'd suggest removing this from Jk connector as
well, if possible - and it will make it perform a bit faster, too.

Request registration was introduced with Tomcat 5.0.26:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/java/org/apache/jk/common/ChannelSocket.java?r1=1.45&r2=1.46&diff_format=h
and is present in all versions since 5.0.26.
