Hi, 

>From what I can see is that your account keeps getting locked, and you keep unlocking it using id.apache.org -- 

if you unlock the account I cannot see it in it's failed state and therefore am unable to help you. 

It appears to me that you are repeatedly failing password entry, as I can see already 3 fails in the past couple of days.
