## What is the purpose of the change

Fix the issue that querying a Hive table and filter by timestamp partition column can fail.

## Brief change log

- Don't try to generate date/timestamp literals in `ExpressionExtractor`, because such filters cannot be pushed down anyway.
- Add more test cases
