[jira] Created: (CXF-1867) XSD validation slows down the DOSGi system

XSD validation slows down the DOSGi system
------------------------------------------

                 Key: CXF-1867
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-1867
             Project: CXF
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: OSGi
    Affects Versions: 2.2
            Reporter: David Bosschaert
            Assignee: Eoghan Glynn

When using DOSGi, either starting up the bundles or exposing a service remotely, there are a lot of cases where the system tries to download XSD files from a remote site which significantly slows down the system. This should be fixed.
