Fast InfoSet (Binary XML) Databinding

Hi,

I put together a prototype to support Fast InfoSet 
(http://asn1.elibel.tm.fr/xml/finf.htm) as a databinding in Tuscany. It's 
built on the Fast Infoset Project (https://fi.dev.java.net/) which is 
released under ASL 2.0. Do you think it's useful? If so, I can check it into 
our code base.
